1. 서비스

M easy Moving은 에드먼턴 및 서비스 가능 지역의 이사 견적, 문의, 일정 확인 및 예약 연결 기능을 제공합니다. 회원가입은 필요하지 않습니다.

2. 견적의 성격

온라인 견적은 예상치입니다. 최종 금액과 작업시간은 실제 짐의 양, 작업 인원, 거리, 접근 조건, 엘리베이터, 주차, 대기시간, 포장 자재, 분해·조립, 중량 또는 특수 물품, 추가 요청 및 현장 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

3. 사용자 책임

사용자는 견적에 필요한 주소, 이사 규모, 물품, 접근 조건과 사진을 정확하게 제공해야 합니다. 중요한 정보가 누락되거나 실제 상황과 다른 경우 견적과 일정이 변경될 수 있습니다.

4. 예약과 결제

예약은 M easy Moving이 날짜, 인원, 차량과 작업 범위를 확인하고 확정한 때 성립합니다. 적용되는 예약금, 결제, 취소 및 환불 조건은 예약 확정 전에 별도로 안내됩니다.

5. 일정 변경과 지연

교통, 날씨, 건물 규정, 엘리베이터 이용 제한, 이전 작업 지연, 안전 문제 또는 통제할 수 없는 사유로 일정이 조정될 수 있습니다. 가능한 경우 변경 내용을 신속하게 안내합니다.

6. 금지 행위

허위 정보 제출, 서비스 방해, 불법 물품 운송 요청, 타인의 권리 침해 또는 관련 법률을 위반하는 방식으로 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

7. 책임 제한

법이 허용하는 범위에서 웹사이트·앱의 예상 견적, 외부 지도 또는 통신 서비스의 오류, 사용자가 제공한 부정확한 정보로 인한 손해에 대해 책임이 제한될 수 있습니다. 실제 이사 서비스의 구체적인 책임 범위는 예약 시 제공되는 조건과 관련 법률에 따릅니다.

1. Service

M easy Moving provides moving estimates, inquiries, availability checks, and booking coordination in Edmonton and available service areas. No account registration is required.

2. Estimates

Online estimates are preliminary. Final price and working time may vary based on the actual volume of items, crew size, distance, access conditions, elevators, parking, waiting time, packing materials, assembly or disassembly, heavy or specialty items, additional requests, and on-site conditions.

3. User responsibilities

You must provide accurate addresses, move details, item information, access conditions, and photos needed for an estimate. Missing or inaccurate information may result in changes to pricing or scheduling.

4. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only after M easy Moving confirms the date, crew, vehicle, and scope of work. Any applicable deposit, payment, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before booking confirmation.

5. Schedule changes and delays

Schedules may change because of traffic, weather, building rules, elevator restrictions, delays from earlier jobs, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will communicate changes as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Prohibited use

You may not submit false information, interfere with the service, request transport of illegal items, infringe the rights of others, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for preliminary estimates, third-party map or communication errors, and losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the user. Specific responsibility for an actual moving service is governed by the booking terms and applicable law.
