This Privacy Policy applies to the moving estimate, inquiry, and booking services provided through the M easy Moving website and mobile app.

2. Information we may collect

• Contact details such as name, phone number, and email address
• Pickup and destination addresses, moving date, property type, floor, elevator, and parking information
• Move size, crew needs, additional services, and heavy or specialty items
• Photos and messages you choose to submit
• Basic browser, device, and access-log information needed for operation and security

3. How we use information

• Provide estimated moving time and pricing
• Respond to inquiries, confirm availability, arrange bookings, and provide customer support
• Maintain service quality, security, and fraud prevention
• Comply with legal obligations and handle disputes

4. Service providers

Google Maps or Google Places may be used for address and map features. FormSubmit or another email-delivery service may be used to transmit inquiries, and hosting providers may process information to operate the website and app. Those providers may apply their own privacy policies.

5. Sale of personal information

M easy Moving does not sell personal information.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to process estimates, inquiries, bookings, customer support, legal obligations, and disputes. When no longer needed, it is deleted using reasonable measures. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact details below.

7. International processing

Information may be processed outside Canada when we use providers such as Google, email-delivery services, or hosting providers.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
